Exceptionally poor customer service.
EDIT #2: Brittany nor Tom from Sales are helping me anymore. They contacted me once with all these promises and have been MIA for three business days. Definitely done with them. EDIT: I was able to find a solution. Call the call center and let them know you are trying to speak directly with customer sales and ask for their phone number and extension. Then leave that phone number a voicemail with your info and then talk to them. They are really nice once you get through to them IT is extremely disappointing for such a company... read more
