Extremely poor service at the front desk. We were ignored from the moment we walked in—no greeting back and zero eye contact even as we checked ourselves in. Very disappointing.
Dr Fang is very nice and helpful. The only thing is that I wish they had a billing line person in their office. Other than that I recommend them. Especially if you're Asian.

那个“黄”医生好评都是来刷的吧？我前些年膝盖痛，走路很痛，也拍了片子，诊断是半月板损伤，我的医生是鲁医生，但是那天他不在，医护人员给我安排了黄，他让我预约做手术…..我没信他，后来又预约了鲁医生，他让我热敷有开了些药，没多久就好了！还有就是前台工作人员一点都不专业，预约错了时间，我是通过别人才知道他们放假，打电话想去确认，但没人接听，去了之后根本没几个病人，就两个人在前面坐着，柜台后面三个医护人员在那说话，却没人接电话，你们有电话服务却没人接，还不如把电话取消，浪费别人时间
