They always say they have already faxed the referral papers to the hospital. But when we arrive at the hospital, there are no documents at all. So I really feel like you just can’t trust their referral process.
I am so grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received at Humanity Health Center. Dr. Huang and his dedicated staff, Mr. Wang and Mr. Wu, go above and beyond to provide a seamless experience, especially when it comes to coordinating my care with such precision. They are consistently compassionate, truly listening to my concerns and addressing every need with genuine patience. It is rare to find a primary care clinic that is this reliable and patient-centered—I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Since moving from Los Angeles, we’ve found Humanity Health Services to be one of the best medical experiences in Las Vegas. While local specialist care can be difficult to navigate, this clinic truly stands out. Dr. Ryan Huang is exceptional—not only is he compassionate and courteous, but his responsiveness to patient messages is rare and deeply appreciated. 这里的护士极其不负责任，不专业。她们对患者作出的回答很多时候都是错误的或者未经大脑思考的，与他们对话的时候需要反复求证并确认。不然极可能得到误导并导致最后自己很麻烦。另外由于接电话的某些人非常善于推卸责任，最好电话时留下她们的姓名
