My mom went to do the annual check up and her appointment was at 9:00am it was 11:00am and the they hadn’t helped her, it was the first time going to this clinic, What a good first impression!! Mi mamá fue a hacerse el chequeo anual y su cita era a las nueve eran las 11:00 am y no la habían ayudado , era la primera vez que iba a esta clínica, que buena primera impresión
Highly disappointed. No one answers the phone. I leave voicemails and no one responds. Emailed, no response. All I needed was someone to confirm they got my records so that I could get my prescription and they never called me back nor answered. So guess what? I never got my medication as well. I just called and left another voicemail to get a copy of my physical after no one answered the phone 2 times. I paid out of pocket and I’m highly disappointed. Truly a waste of money. Let’s see if I can get a copy of my record AT LEAS... read more
