I had not even started seeing a therapist and have been charged $150 at the therapists discretion for no shows. The first $75 no show charge I understand that was my fault. But I did call to cancel the last time and I still got charged $75. Therefore I will not be using their services as it is very apparent it's more about the money than the care of the patients.
To all my brothers that served. My advice is seek help elsewhere! I reached out for help in dealing with PTSD and was totally ignored. God bless the USA!
