With the new year, my insurance changed. I was verifying coverage on "Find a Doctor" and found that the Center was covered, but not my specific counselor. My insurance told me to have Humanistic Counseling Center contact them to verify coverage of my specific counselor. I called on Monday, Jan. 7th. I gave them the new insurance ID and phone number, letting them know specifically that the insurance website had changed so they have to call. I didn't hear from them, so called again Wednesday.
