We have gotten 4 animals here and love them all. But two of the times we had I believe the director (Pam or Pat) on our way out and she was extremely rude and condescending. Someone really needs to sit down with her and talk to her about how to deal with customers. Being rude and snotty doesn't really make us want to recommend or come back.
