I am so disappointed in the Stark County INhumane Society! They refuse to perform owner requested euthanasia. I’m having a hard time understanding how it could be more humane for me to drop off a dying dog alone for them to determine to be ready as opposed to its owner of 15 years being there in the last moments. The dog has had plenty of love but not enough money to keep up on shots or to see a regular vet. The vets refuse to help this suffering animal and so does the Inhumane Society. My support for this organization is do... read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tried hard to help me give a dog a forever home. And helped us look for what we needed. i would recommend this place to any one. they always have different cats and dogs to fit your needs and wants. They alway's try there best to place the right dog with the right family

The way the drivers do not care how fast they drive must show an example of the care animals receive.

On Easter, a local stray was injured & came to my porch hungry & I let her in b/c she looked sick & injured. I didn’t realize till the second day her leg HAD to been broken. My youngest is 6 & overheard what happened and cried because his heart broke for her. I asked if when she got better could I just adopt her if my landlords allowed it. I was told yes and they took my name &... read more

Thanks to Stark County Humane Society I found Nami. She has been truly a blessing and a friend since February 2015. I couldn’t ask for a better cat. The staff was super friendly and made the adoption process easy for someone who never adopted a pet before. Thank you for all your help! I’m still so grateful. (First picture is Nami the day I brought her home, second picture is her a few days ago. )
