I have used 2 different specialty pharmacies and ALL have poor service. Their surveys ARE POORLY written so the execs would have no idea how bad they are.
I informed this pharmacy that I most definitely would not be using their services. They tried to charge me $80.00 on a medication my other pharmacy filled for free. They are trying to make money off of seniors, they are disgraceful! The person on the phone was trying to charge me whether I kept the medicine or not, and gave me an attitude. They won’t be around long!
The people here are absolutely awesome and fast. If you are on medicare, switch pharmacies, you won't be sorry.
Wanted to transfer Rx. to Centerwell for convenience. Pharmacist would not tell me what criteria is required and beat around the bush for answers. He flat out lied to my face. Do not trust this Pharmacist or outlet at 1000 S Rainbow, Las Vegas
