They tried to offer me some "gift card prize" that I win when I just wanted to change insurance plans. I am very suspicious that this is a scam center.
By far the worse insurance company to work with. I have tried for over a year and a half to get paid for outstanding claims that HUMANA states is a benefit for our patients. I have a multiple patients and claims that are outstanding. Every time I call and request to speak to a manager; I wait for over an hour only to be told they are all busy. Top notch, best of the best
I changed to Humana to help my costs and they keep giving me wrong information and the guy who signed me up would never answer my calls or emails. I need equipment and I lost about $700 that they should have given me back 80 percent back. I filled and called many times and filed an appeal and all I got was wrong information. Do not Join them you will be Sorry
