Terrible experience. I wouldn't even give them one star.
Humana is a terrible insurance company, please do your research before even considering them for your business or personal use. Most of the time dealing with them for even the simplest things is an uphill battle.
I bought a Humana Medicare Policy for 2012. I have spent at least 20 hours on the phone fighting to get them to pay almost every claim. If you never get sick they are fine. When you talk to a customer service rep. they spend more time getting out of paying for anything, then they do helping you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HUMANA.!!!
We had Humana Ins for a long time. My wife got sick and Humana gave us the run around and would not pay her bills.
