Terrible customer service. Hang up on you when you ask the tough questions. Lose paperwork. Deny coverage for items doctor thought were covered due to plan type. We read the policy and it is covered but they are too stupid to read their own policy. Took Humana months to respond. Worst Insurance company we ever dealt with.

THIS COVERAGE IS A JOKE. I was being punished for NOT having drug coverage while on Medicare, so I applied for Medicaid and in the mean time applied for what I was TOLD was just a drug coverage plan. Turns out, that "drug plan" was its own full blown HMO that had to be my primary form of insurance. They didn't even cover co-pays at my neurologist, so I all of a sudden owed them $200 for a checkup and another $50 for co-pay. I've been paying for two months, and I still haven't received a member ID card. Further, I've called their customer service lines 9 times to have the double charge removed and the card shipped. I learned that every inquiry made was either incomplete or miscategorized. A blind, deaf, comatose lobotomy patient could provide better service.
