Very professional
I experienced deceptive sales practices with Humana sales manager, Marlin Lara. She told me that changing from the Medigap Plan G High Deductible to the Medigap Plan G requires underwriting, despite that both plans have the exact same benefits. Marlin said the deductible part of the High Deductible Plan is considered a benefit therefore, underwriting is required. Marline referred me to the Summary of Benefits for both plans and then refused to send me the summaries. She tried to get me to settle for the general info readily ... read more
