Humana has been challenging to work with. Support is located outside of the US. Online access as an employer was almost impossible to get setup, after calling 4 times and being on hold for at least 30 minutes each time we got access. The also didn’t enroll an employee of mine, so I wasted my time to call and correct the issue. Not customer friendly and the coverage covers 2 cleanings a year and that is it. Not worth the money.
