I've had a case open with Humana for two months now. Simple case, modification of an employee's effective date. I went through this case with 6 representatives who refuse to give number to call (only they can call you IF they have an update, and if not, they wont call you). You have their email which they do not respond to. And all 6 have decided to disappear. Everyone of these 6 put me on hold several times (our calls each lasted 2 hours - without exaggerating). I am now on hold with the 7th.

Fraudulent company. Claimed to provide a service but then they don't processes the paper work. How many times do they want to verify my address. Endless times. They are part of Allsavers. Allsavers holds the paper work so Humana doesn't have to pay. They shouldn't be allowed to exist. They are only in half of America because they are criminals. They did the same thing to me when I was a kid. If you don't mind being lied to, choose humana.

0 stars. This office is just a broker, not the actual Humana. Don't use. The actual Humana is also fraudulent, don't use.
