I don't really know how to start. This company, except for a few of its employees, is very unprofessional. They don[t deserve the few of its employees that are kind, patient and personable. Those would be Rob, OT and Jancy, CNA. The rest, including different ones I have spoke with have been impatient and uncaring. I was told I was to receive different medical supplies for my husband and have called about this at various times and have received absolutely NOTHING. I am so done with all this nonsense. Arlene, the Director of Nursing at this location is AMAZING! My son was in a terrible car accident and Kaiser outsourced him to this home health agency. Had a bit of an issue with communication with one of the nurses that was assigned to my son, but Arlene was on top of it and got everything sorted out.
Non compliance’s lack of communication all they wanted is the signature to get paid for the job they refused to do, what kind of people with no empathy it all
