disappointed The ladies at this office were rude and not helpful at all. This was the worst job hunting experience I have had.
Where I Found My Job I saw an ad in CareerBuilder for a Customer Service Representative in through Human Resources of Auburn. I came in and interviewed with Ann Marie their recruiter and it turns out that the job they were interviewing for was the one they posted (I meet with another agency earlier in the week and the job they had advertised was not one they were really working on). Oustanding agency I meet with this agency when looking for an Administrative Assistant position and I found them to be helpful and understanding of my job search. They really seemed to know the local job market and sent me to two companies and I received a job offer at the second. I have just started the job but so far love it. PROS: Honest with me, didn't lead me on CONS:
Great Customer Service! I contacted Human Resources Inc. in Auburn to assist me with locating an experienced warehouse employee. As most managers know it is difficult to find reliable staff even in this economy. Tiffani Csonka was very responsive and quick to send me candidates that matched the criteria that I had given her. I liked the group she sent me so much that I hired 3 employees instead of the 1 I had originally requested from her. I highly recommend Human Resources Inc. Great customer service!
Small recruiter They have several of these small offices all over the Puget Sound. They don't have a lot of jobs and aren't nearly as technologically advanced as other recruiters. They were sort of unorganized when I came in to interview for a job. The position they had posted on the internet wasn't the one they were interviewing me for. The job description had changed, so I didn't even end up interviewing for it. An Agency that has real jobs The first job that I applied for that was listed by this company was already filled by the time I had an interview (it was listed for a couple of weeks so that is no surprise). They were very good about looking for jobs that fit my skills and salary requirements.
