Staff is top notch! Great atmosphere! My sons loves it!
Took my daughter to see Mike at Human Performance Solutions to help her improve her performance for her volleyball performance and upcoming season. Her words after working out, “the best workout I have ever had”. Her words! She loved it and we couldn’t recommend this training facility any higher if you or your child is looking for the best training to get the most out of your workouts. Friendly, accommodating and a fantastic facility. Highly recommend!!
Needed a summer training for speed and agility for my son. Mike and the team provided that. Very professionally run business. Great atmosphere too.
HPS is for the true athlete or anyone who wants to be one. The team is fantastic and the gym is clean, cool, and full of ways to see your improvement through data that matters. I would strongly recommend HPS for anyone that wants a competitive edge.
