I came across Human Performance Solutions doing a web search, looking for something different than a regular standard gym, to meet my specific training needs. Mike has been truly awesome listening to what I want to accomplish and setting a program specific to those needs. I would highly recommend that anyone who has specific athletic goals to touch base with Mike and see how successful his training can add to your goals
My daughter is going to HPS to stay conditioned and work on her strength and explosiveness to prepare for college soccer in the Fall. She thoroughly enjoys her sessions. She’s getting stronger and more confident with every session!
