My daughter loves the gym, the atmosphere, and the training. Mike has been a great fit for my (picky) teen, who really enjoys training at HPS! Highly recommend!
My daughter had an excellent experience at Human Performance Solutions. Mike came highly recommended by a couple of coaches/parents in our area. He was very professional and personable and took his time to understand our goals and preferences. He customized a plan that would help my daughter gain strength/accomplish those goals. It is definitely not a one-size-fits all type of place. Everything is personalized and you leave feeling awesome and excited about coming back. We travel over an hour to get here- he’s that’s good!
