Cathy is very caring and has several techniques to help you make progress. She has sweet therapy dogs that make the sessions extra special. Cathy is very responsive in a crisis and she does everything she can to get you help when you need it.
Catherine Osborne is extremely unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with her regarding scheduling. As a social worker myself & someone who has been in therapy for nearly 6 years now & has seen quite a few therapists, I would not recommend her to anyone. I have never had a mental health professional be so inconsiderate, ill-mannered, and unorganized. If you’re looking for therapy in NWI, I strongly recommend finding another practice.
