Thanks to Tim at HMC I’ve been able to get back into the gym and regular training once again. I would highly recommend booking a session. I always look forward to coming back and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

There is nothing much to say, Tim is just one of the amazing people who wants to help other live there full lives, Tim has helped both my wife, daughter and myself through different issues and there is less pain in our lives now because of it, thank you isn't enough but thanks anyway, Tim is the best
Claire is so easy to talk to, she has a lot of empathy and I felt that she is genuinely interested in my recovery.
The team here are kind, helpful and especially good at what they do! Tim is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated, Daniel is extremely insightful in his findings and Jodie is amazing all round! Would recommend anyone to visit if in need!
