Its wonderful working with Peter Guare at Human HyperFormance, his exercises are very targeted to the issues that I discuss with him. Peter is very creative at prescribing exercises that are challenging yet doable, results are obvious after 1-5 repetitions so the time spent doing them at home is not a burden.

I was recommended by a friend to go here as I have Ankylosing Spondylitis that causes my spine to fuse and curve forward. The Ki-Hara resistance training that Peter Guare provides has helped my strength and flexibility and actually helped me gain some height back that I had lost. Peter is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with all clients so we learn and can continue using these technics. I would recommend this service to anyone wishing to improve their strength or flexibility at any age. Thanks Peter.
