Been a long time customer 8 plus years . One bad experience I had can never be undone . I filed a complaint to 3 locations and finally got a call back from a manager . Trying to hand me back money for poor service .... 2 stars at best .... management sucks
In light of all of the negative things that have then going on in the media lately regarding Starbucks and their lack of support for the law enforcement community and wanted to take a moment and give a shout-out to The Human Bean. The Human Bean has been a huge supporter of their local law enforcement. Tonight, I stopped by to pick up drinks for the LCSO Dispatchers who had been very hard at work.
