Asked for sugar free drink and they put chocolate syrup in it .... Thnk for putting my son in the hospital. People don't ask for sugar free because it tastes good. He is diabetic.

Well there's obviously a reason there are no recent good reviews!! I don't understand why there are 4 people working the stand but only one making drinks and taking money while the other 3 chat it up with another employee who has driven up. Two additional people waiting behind me and it took the one girl (no exaggeration) 10 mins to make 3 java chips and 1 kids chocolate milk. One person behind me finally left. Tiffany who works on Washburn way in Klamath falls has TERRIBLE customer service skills! Very rude!! I will be spending my money at dutch bros from now on.
It doesn't matter if your in the click of people they treat their customers great! No matter how early or late. Human bean employees will always greet you with a smile on their faces, attentively pay attention to your order and 9 times out of 10 get it right the first time. They strike up conversations no matter who you are,where your from, or what you look like!!!
