This review is for practice Dr Aziz is now as of 2018-2019. It’s no longer Stanford but a horrible organization called Verity Medical Foundation. I scheduled an annual physical exam as a new patient after reading reviews about Dr Aziz here. It took a long time to get on her schedule. Well, that is expected as a new patient. Day of appointment, I walk into front desk and there ya confusion on whether annual physical is today or not. Dr Aziz takes me in. She is wonderful. It is impossible to get a live person on the phone to schedule an appointment. We spent hours waiting on hold. When I finally got through the office assistant promised to ensure that Dr Aziz will call me to discuss a lab req - nobody called within 2 weeks.

Dr Aziz is excellent. Her staff is TERRIBLE. The receptionist will put you on hold forever. She even hung up and I attempted to call back. Got no answer. It's unbelievable how rude she was. I wish I had gotten her name. I have not been able to get an appointment with Dr. Aziz since she switched from Stanford. It's a shame she is losing patients because her reception staff will not schedule patients.
