I'm not buying a 3-Row Lexus. Period.
This by far has been the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. We pay $99.42 a month for Hulu Live service. When we signed up, we opted for unlimited devices for $9.99 because our kids will stream tv when they are at their grandparents or when we are on vacation. We realized today that the unlimited devices is not as advertised. Horrible customer service! I have never had a company not fix their mistake! I did a free month trial and when it was up I went to cancel my subscription. I got an offer to keep my subscription if they gave me 3 months for $3.19 so I said yes. When the due date came to pay I got charged the full amount of $8.53. I called customer service and told them I got an offer for $3.19 for 3 months and got charged full price fully expecting them to fix their mistake.
