RecommendedNANCY...she is the best! She is a little tough on me but that is what I need. If it's too much for me she can tell and lightens up. She is great...would recommend her to everyone. She really knows what she is doing and explains why. The whole staff at this location is friendly and willing to help. They all work together so well.
I just completed my physical therapy today. Not going to lie - it was a little sad. I am proud of what they helped me accomplish. I am four months post surgery and feel better than I have since last November. Andrew was my therapist and he is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and personable and I really think that helped aid in the progress I made. Have to put a plug in for Hannah who got an additional six visits approved for me and to my weekly assistants Jake and Anna. You guys rock!
I have really been helped by the therapist at Hulst Jepsen. They helped me with getting lower back pain to a much lower level and helped me build up core strength. Then problem they are helping me with now is strengthening my neck and keep it free from pain. The workers are all friendly, calling me by name, and concerned about my comfort. They are careful that I understand what I am suppose to do and why I am doing it.
This place has the nicest people and the best attitudes here. I’ve always felt welcome here! It is truly a family-friendly place. I recommend Nancy Ryan! She always makes visits fun and entertaining and doesn’t hesitate to help you in anyway!
I like how the staff works together. They are kind, helpful and dedicated! They are the best. I have been to a few physical therapy places and this one is the best!
I’ve had a total knee replacement and chose Hulst Jepsen due to great reviews. I was not disappointed. Great personal, clean facility and treatment tailored to your needs. At this time with COVID they take extra care with their patients and facilities.
Everyone at the Rockford location are always nice. Each time I need physical therapy I have always chosen the Rockford location for the friendly people and of course my therapist Curt. Also the new location is nice and bright and seems bigger than the previous location. I will always recommend Hulst Jensen to family and friends.
Our son was seen by Lisa for torticollis. She was so great with him and was kind and patient! The office is so welcoming and all the staff is great!
Love it here! All of the physical therapists and aides are friendly and very attentive. They are personable and you can tell they really care about their patients and their patients wellbeing. Bethany was awesome with scheduling and fitting me in wherever she could!! Please check this place out you won’t be disappointed!!
