Avoid renting from here! I scrubbed the rental property including all the floors with special wood cleaner. When it came to giving me my deposit back, they charged me $300 to scrub the floors. They charged me $300 because I accidentally left two Tide pods on the floor. They charged me $900 for the outstanding water bill even though I paid $74 per month for water. Hulson homes does nothing but screw their tenants...I was told that I had 30 days to get my stuff out and they turned around and got rid of my stuff...when I said thanks alot she replied YOURE WELCOME!!! Real professional...they left us there for 3 weeks with no door knob on the door...a clogged toilet and a light socket that looked like it could've started a fire in the kitchen...if that would've happened I would've had no way out...or someone could've entered with a gun and shot me while I slept...they didn't care...legall... read more
Fell threw a step with baby and Scott himself came out and put back on the same steps they are slum lords that’s all there is to it you want somewhere with bugs and nobody coming out help you rent here they will move you in with not working locks on the doors so your property is just open
