Hulson homes does nothing but screw their tenants...I was told that I had 30 days to get my stuff out and they turned around and got rid of my stuff...when I said thanks alot she replied YOURE WELCOME!!! Real professional...they left us there for 3 weeks with no door knob on the door...a clogged toilet and a light socket that looked like it could've started a fire in the kitchen...if that would've happened I would've had no way out...or someone could've entered with a gun and shot me while I slept...they didn't care...legall... read more
Fell threw a step with baby and Scott himself came out and put back on the same steps they are slum lords that’s all there is to it you want somewhere with bugs and nobody coming out help you rent here they will move you in with not working locks on the doors so your property is just open
READ THIS FULLY! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING FROM HULSON HOMES! Hulson Homes is a disgrace to the renting community, and should be avoided like the plague, and that's putting it nicely. Was paying for other tenants electricity and they encouraged me to"just pay for it" prior to the investigation that the electric company conducted wherein meter sharing was determined.
