I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, specifically with one of their representatives, Kevin. I was instructed to call back after three days regarding an issue with a part, which I did as requested. However, the representative I spoke with was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, he shouted at me over the phone, making the interaction hostile and uncomfortable.
