RecommendedHowley's is open 7 a.m. to 5 a.m. They have a nice menu select, fresh juices, including carrot and celery. The wait staff are very unique: from unusual tattoos to colored Mohawks, with piercings. Such that you just need to go there, eat and enjoy the experience.
