My wife was sent to Dr Hull because of nerve pain she was having due to a ruptured disk. It affected her left leg. After spending less than ten minutes testing her RIGHT leg, Dr Hull declared that my wife’s leg was “full of neuropathy “ and that we should schedule a full neurological work up. It took the doctor six weeks to get us the written report which the scheduling physician has never mentioned. I met with Mary Weir, the PA, who represents this office under Dr. Hull. Ms. Weir ordered a MRI of my head. After two weeks of no office response and being curious about my results, I sent a portal question. The office person sent me a response stating my results were in the portal. Of course, they were not. I called and spoke with a young lady who kept apologizing that she did not know anything about the system. Just going off of my first visit she was the most helpful and most caring doctor I've been to in 2 years. Not only was she able to get my in within 1 day of referral but was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to get a me prescription the same day which has helped me tremendously. I look forward to using her in the future.

After my office visit with Mary Weir I had to make a change in my next visit. I have called twice over a week’s time and still have not received a return call! I won’t be going back. This lack of response is unacceptable for a patient. If you are this busy or short handed, I need another doctor!

If only patients knew what goes on in this practice. This is the most unprofessional doctor and office manger I have ever encountered. If you care about your loved ones go somewhere else!

Only one visit but that's all I needed. Friendly staff and Dr. Hull as well, but as for a follow up or to get my questions answered over the phone was a nightmare! Left countless msgs, and never received any call backs. None of the info Dr. Hull said she was going to get for me was never given to me. So disappointing when you trust your health to a physician, and all they are worried about is getting paid. Such a let down.

I brought my Husband in with a MRI of his Brain. She was not helpful and had no recommendations for us. She went on and on about how she knows Brains!! She said he had severe Dementia and said She could do NOTHING for him. She didn't share anything that I should be aware of for any future stages. She did not give us any recommendations. WE left there feeling hopeless. I thought Dr.s were trained and were doctors because they wanted to help people. Changed my life with her care of my C6-7 issues—the pain in my neck. She is a compassionate young woman, brilliant diagnostician and clinician, patient with my need to tell her all about it, and an excellent communicator. I’ve been seeing her for several years; she has relieved my pain and enabled me to avoid surgery.
