Great customer service, even though I didn’t understand the process of questioning.. on what I was towing a car dolly trailer with or what I was towing.. turned out it was for my safety, and to ensure what I was towing and towing with would work out together… and in my opinion be within legal capabilities of my vehicle.. Wonderful, helpful explanation and service!!!

Unfortunately I have to give them one star because 0 stars didn’t exist. We made a reservation for pick up 2 weeks in advance. We arrived on time, and we attempted the 24/7 checkin. The reservation existed, but they allowed someone else to take our vehicle. The remaining four trucks on the lot were assigned to someone else so... now I’m standing in the parking lot on the phone with u-haul for over 60 minutes trying to get another truck at another location that is within 100 miles. Terrible service. Terrible business.
Just bought a Jeep this morning. Adam and his Mom were just outstanding. They were friendly, cooperative, most of all patient when the fact are now duel residents clouded the insurance. Adam worked with insurance company and enabled us to obtain the car today. I highly recommend Hull's and intend to return there for another vehicle.
Ive been there twice now low prices, quick and easy.
