Business and dreams end with Hull Property Group. After Hull Property Group bought are mall they started canceling lease agreements immediately. Only giving tenants 5 days or less to get out which I don't believe is legal. They then started destroying are beautiful Northlake Mall in Charlotte NC and boarding up location permanently. They would not give tenants time to relocate destroying businesses. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Hull has run our mall into the ground. I’ve had to close two stores in the past 2 1/2 years. We barely have 10 stores to shop from. It’s ridiculous. They won’t allow stores back in and won’t allow current stores to renew their lease or even negotiate a reasonable renting price. Yall need to get your act together.
Seems to be a company that purchases malls under the guise of maintaining them, when really their goal is to let them decline to the point of closure and sell the property for something else. If they buy your mall, your mall is already dead.
