Seems to be a company that purchases malls under the guise of maintaining them, when really their goal is to let them decline to the point of closure and sell the property for something else. If they buy your mall, your mall is already dead.
Our mall in New Bern NC was purchased by the Hull Story group a few ago…. I as an individual had high hopes that with the new ownership that things would shift for the positive… definitely not… JC Penny-a great anchor store closed-which looks bad for our mall-Michaels left-out Belk is very much in need of better merchandise-I guess Mr Hull Story is more into acquisitions than improvements.. Same thing everyone else has said, they've ruined our mall and we only have a handful of stores left. Walls up with historical pictures and charging high tent the retail tenants can't afford. Theyve done nothing but promise lies of "what's to come." This is the Fort Henry Mall in Kingsport TN.
Absolute Worst. Agent is super rude and sleazy. Stay away.
