Absolutely horrendous customer service and communication. Since day 1, I've been chasing Neil to even get simple responses to my questions about work on our house, having to reach back out multiple times to even get an answer after waiting days for responses. Finally this guy decides to make an appointment between 9am-10am... again ZERO communication the days prior or the morning of.. waits until 9:30am the day of to text me he's running behind, I respond.. wait over an hour... call.. zero response... wait another hour, send... read more
Neill was incredibly professional and kind. I only needed about 15 mins of help, he came by quickly and didn't even bother to charge me for his time since it was such a quick fix. I will be using him again.
