The bad: Not the best customer service. They aren’t friendly, I would have gave it a pass but I got it was a few people here that were rude. The lady at the front desk yelled at me for asking the tech some questions. The tech cracked rude jokes about my car. Not professional. I asked a guy in the phone a question and he gave me attitude. I brought my car to Hulk Automotive on a recommendation to fix a persistent battery drain, which they successfully diagnosed. However, the service was severely unprofessional. During the repair, they caused significant, visible damage to my dashboard in multiple locations. They made a poor attempt to cover it up with spray paint, which did not fix the damage.
