Tony was very professional and prompt with his service, he carefully answered any and all questions I had regarding the system, since I like many don't know much about heating and cooling. Can’t find a worse company than this. They just want you to replace parts that don’t even need replacing. I called a different company—they fixed my AC for half the price and with no issues.
I don’t know if this company or the technician, Tony, is a scammer. He asked me to pay $1,700 for new parts, saying my old circuit board had caused the motor to break. He came and replaced the motor but left the old circuit board in place, then told me everything was all set. Why would anyone left the bad part on and cause the new part to break again? Very unprofessional warranty service. If you can call it that. Multiple issues with A/C, many notices sent to remedy the problem. They say its a duct issue and not his fault. What a load of phooey. Looking at their install, I can agree, it was never installed correctly. $3300 only gets you a/c for two years with this very shady company.
