I always got a weird vibe from this place. It seemed too corporate robot-like. The doctor (Al-Gaissi, i think) really didn't seem to take any interest in my case. Just sorta glimpsed and left. Not very pleasant bedside manner. I recently went to a new dentist because I've been having tooth pains. Turns out I had a rather large abscess in my gum above my first molar. Im 17 and my 2nd molar had not come in yet, the root grew around and got tangled with the root of my wisdom tooth to the point where it will never grow out. Thes... read more

Wow! So I go from “yes, that procedure is covered by your insurance”, to a $302 bill presented to me for an extraction. If you go to these folks get the cost in writing before you let them do the work and check and double check what they write up on the ticket! For example, they charged me $62.00 for a code D180 (Comprehensive periodontal evaluation). When I told them that a “Comprehensive periodontal evaluation” was not performed during the appointment, they claimed that the charge was for the dentist to review the x-rays... read more

Terrible and I believe the majority of the positive reviews are shams that are either bought, from employees, or friends of employees. I caught them constantly over charging me. I had my book of codes with me. I called my insurance company and caught them in lies. When I confronted them, they back pedal and started lowering the quotes claiming they were giving me a discount. My 10 son laid in the dental chair for 6 hours while we went back and forth dealing with their lies and over-billing.

The dentist told me I needed a crown and convinced me to get a porcelain crown because he could make it in the office and place it that visit. Well he missed numbing my mouth and accidentally caused a partial paralysis on my face. Then once the novacaine wore off I was in a lot of pain and I realized the crown was so big the rest of my teeth didn't touch. I went to a different dentist who fixed my crown for free and told me he had bruised the nerve under that tooth that would take weeks to stop hurting. To make matters worse... read more

So far not at all impressed with this place. They extracted my sons wisdom teeth but he had to go in for surgery because they weren't draining properly. In this day and age with the advances we have in medicine this should NOT happen. Color me unhappy and when they rape my wallet it won't be any better.
