Ivy. I had a great experience with Ivy at HulenCrossing Family Dental! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She took her time, was gentle, and made sure I was well taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Super nice dentist and workers. I definitely didn’t feel like they were looking for problems like I’ve experienced at other dentists. In fact, they seemed to only do/suggest you do exactly what’s necessary which I really appreciated.
I was told when I called that my cleaning and X-rays were covered in full at 100%. I took off work and made an appointment at 8 am the next morning. After they did the X-rays and exam, they tried to sell me a deep cleaning and other items. I explained that I just wanted my teeth cleaned and that was what I made the appointment for. They refused to clean my teeth and I basically wasted a day off of work and did not get anything done for my teeth. I was told one thing on the phone and lied to in the office.
