Does this OBGYN check your records before they get in the exam room so they remember who you are? Yes Did your OBGYN have your history computerized? Definitely yes Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? Definitely Did this OBGYN have informative literature to read in the waiting room? Absolutely Did the OBGYN's staff appear knowledgeable? Very

Absolutely Did the OB/GYN and their staff maintain your privacy in the dressing room? Always Was the OBGYN able to run any tests for you in their office? Not many

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding
