The entire team at Hulbert Homes has been outstanding throughout our home-building experience. Our project manager, Luke, was exceptional. He guided us through every stage of the construction process, was always responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kimberly at the Design Center was equally wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us make design selections.
I've been incredibly satisfied with Hulbert Homes. I purchased one of their new constructions and they've been available and helpful every step of the way. Anytime a concern or issue [of which there have been very few] has arrisen, they've been quick to address the problem. Everyone I've interacted with has been exceptionally professional and cordial. I'll certainly be buying more properties in the future from them.
We purchased one of Mark’s spec homes in Lakeland, FL and had a wonderful experience with him. The exterior and interior home was well designed. We loved their choice of cabinet color, light wood floors and bathroom tiles. Mark’s project manager, Gavin, has been incredible, friendly, and always responsive.
My husband and I purchased a preconstruction home from Hulbert Homes. Since the home was not being built for a specific buyer, we were able to work with the design team and make some minor adjustments in the finishes: e.g., swap out certain appliances for preferred ones, collaborate with the landscaper, etc. The whole process was professional and smooth with no surprises or delays. Mark took a rough drawing I did on a piece of paper & turned it into my dream home! From start to finish it was a very professional experience. Gavin was our incredible project manager. He answered questions & was quick at problem solving throughout the entire project. Mark’s whole team was very helpful & responsive. My home turned out incredible! I think it’s the prettiest home Mark has ever built!!
