The Home building process takes time. David explained the process to us and told us just wait until it is completed as wwe had several concerns during the construction process. David was able to work with us to make sure we got through the process as painless as possible as we thought we knew a lot about the process. We were wrong and David made it a lot easier. I was very pleased with this company. The way they sit and listen to detail on how exactly you want your home designed meant everything. I felt heard. Very friendly staff. Mark made everything run smoothly. He was so genuine and wanted to make sure he listened when having a conversation which goes a long way in my book. The Home building process is long and drawn out. David explained the process to us and told us just wait until it is completed. The house ended up not exactly as drawn up, but nobody noticed the air after an initial change was made. The only Negative is that there will be change orders no matter what you think. The house is very nice looking, quality built, and the superintendent Mike was very helpful
I had an excellent experience with Hulbert Homes from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire project was clear, consistent, and timely.
