Every time I come here the food is a 10/10 and the girl at the front is really nice.
ordered BBQ spare ribs, bone-in. That’s it — a very standard item. What I received were extremely dry ribs with absolutely no BBQ sauce on them at all. Chinese BBQ spare ribs are always sauced. Dry or tender aside, the defining feature is the glaze. Without it, it’s simply not BBQ. When I pointed this out, instead of offering a refund, remake, or even actual BBQ sauce, I was offered tomato ketchup as a substitute.
