A phone call re: prescription issue on appt. day was handled cheerfully and immediately by receptionist who checked with Dr. Borders while I was on phone.I was promptly reassured and issue resolved. At appointment, as usual, all staff members were cordial, prompt, and on task. Hygienist & Dentist were thorough and informative, while pleasant & caring.

My first visit to this practice was great! Everyone was very welcoming and so nice!
Judgemental and unprofessional Our family has been coming here for a couple of years now, but today I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and the judgement my 21 year old son experienced! My family has been able to make payments on our balance since we’ve been coming here. It’s never really been an issue. My son needed some fillings and when I called to schedule an apt for him, I was told he could make payments since he no longer has insurance due to a job change. The team at H&B has consistently provided a caring service. I have been a patient there since 1996. My hygienist, Jennifer, is awesome. Front office staff and Dr Huitt are great as well. I have never had an experience that isn't professional and friendly.
