Seems to me that this place doesn't really care about the well being of their employees. Would you like working for a place that is loud, judgemental and doesn't let you listen to music? To me it's really coming down on people who have personalities and it's disgusting. Plus the low paying wage they have for standing in one spot being driven crazy from the constant machinery. This isn't a prison so stop treating your employees like they're bad people

Checked in at 6 am for a 10 am appointment sitting here still waiting for a dock 45 mins past appointment time not a word from the receiver about what’s going on. Will probably lose my backhaul now due to this as dispatch are getting pestered about my eta to the next load by the broker on that load. Update it’s now gone 2 pm and I’m still waiting on a dock.
