Adam suggested a couple of tweaks which already showing results. Good work.
Adam arrived at the scheduled time as usual. After I provided a brief description of the events, Adam inspected the HVAC system and identified the issue (Blower motor failure). After verifying there were no other issues, he removed the blower motor assembly, cleaned the affected area, replaced the motor, then tested and verified the system would function as normal. This is the next day, and we enjoyed a cool night's sleep - Thanks Adam!
