Showed up 15 minutes early for a 945am initial appointment. Signed in. I was third person in line. There wasn’t a seat it was packed. While I waited I over heard a patient was waiting for her ultrasound for her cysts (HIPPA violation)Another patient had his appointment lost he was told 1 1/2 to see the Doctor. The staffs are very rude in this clinic. The lady (the one sits next to the bathroom) asked me to pay my copayment. I told her that the amount she told me is not correct. Then she told other lady (the chinese lady sit facing to the main door) and then tell me to pay a deposit upfront. All of the sudden THE CHINESE STAFF changed a copayment to a deductible and refused to talk to me?? Super rude & unprofessional. They all need to go to school to learn how to talk to customers. Walked in crying and scared Walked out laughing (anthesthia will have you a loopy) and farting (they pump gas into you which is common practice for the procedure) The office seemed busy and crowded but moved fast The doctor seems to be in a rush but takes his time and looks at things thoroughly and ask if you have any questions The receptionist are nice and welcoming
Dr. Jack Tin is a very good doctor, and his explanations are very clear. This was the best experience compared to my previous visits. The front desk staff were very patient and polite. My whole family came to see Dr. Tin, and we loved it.
