The staffs are very rude in this clinic. The lady (the one sits next to the bathroom) asked me to pay my copayment. I told her that the amount she told me is not correct. Then she told other lady (the chinese lady sit facing to the main door) and then tell me to pay a deposit upfront. All of the sudden THE CHINESE STAFF changed a copayment to a deductible and refused to talk to me?? Super rude & unprofessional. They all need to go to school to learn how to talk to customers. Walked in crying and scared Walked out laughing (anthesthia will have you a loopy) and farting (they pump gas into you which is common practice for the procedure) The office seemed busy and crowded but moved fast The doctor seems to be in a rush but takes his time and looks at things thoroughly and ask if you have any questions The receptionist are nice and welcoming

Dr. Jack Tin is a very good doctor, and his explanations are very clear. This was the best experience compared to my previous visits. The front desk staff were very patient and polite. My whole family came to see Dr. Tin, and we loved it.

This review is a few months late. Dr. Tin has very good chairside manners. He explained the results of my colonoscopy very well. The procedure was completely painless. I was put out. The worse part of this whole procedure was the preparation and drinking down almost two gallons of a formula to clear everything out. The staff are helpful but one in particular was especially kind and helpful. The LPN alleviated my concerns and was very helpful. Thank you everybody!
