My review is no different from the last review. Margaret is nice and very knowledgeable. I would suggest just finding a doctor though and not a NP, or a small facility. Strike 1 was me making an appointment at 4:15. I arrive at 4. The front desk person was snappy and also said “let me see if she will still see you”. I’m confused because I was 15 mins earlier, and have never seen more than 2 people at a time in the office, so why wouldn’t she see me?! My husband has been treated wonderfully there. I was treated like garbage. I can’t actually talk to anyone in office. Called for a week for a medication approval, talked to multiple answering services to be told there was no record of the call the day before. Finally got a call back and was treated horribly. Got another call back to tell me they won’t prescribe the medication I’ve been on for years. That would be fine if I had been told that when I went in for my new patient visit. WOW! The customer service at this lil’ clinic is OFF the charts! From the front desk, to the triage nurse, to the nurse practitioner…so pleased! Kudos to the staff!
