Great experience with everyone we came in contact with while getting an MRI at this impressive facility.
Incredibly kind volunteer in the parking lot helped us find building 5, which is not on a map and has no clear signage. There are some lovely spaces on campus and the office for Dr. Buchanan was nice. He is a great urologist and well worth the effort, which was considerable. Trying to get the appointment took about a dozen phone calls and multiple failed online attempts with a buggy website. The staff handled an insanely frustrating tech problem with patience and kindness.
