Very disappointing. Totally disorganized in the ER. Then spent hours on the phone getting the runaround with no resolution. No one I spoke with on the phone seemed to care. Who do I need to bribe to get my child the help she was promised?
We had a wonderful group of nurses, kind and caring. Very professional. The (short stay) unit is where my husband was. They took very good care of him. Thank you all.🩹
I never leave reviews on places via Google, but here we go. This place absolutely saved my LIFE. The other patients there were very friendly and funny, and managed to get me out of my shell. The staff were so kind and considerate, and always knew exactly what to say. I've never felt safer before when going to a program like this. I was almost distraught when I had to get discharged, but overall, during the two and a half weeks I was there, this significantly changed my life for the better. I LOVE ALL OF YOU GUYS!!!!!!! David and Ozzie and all other techs and nurses are all nice and they do worries about your meds
Dr Lawrence and the nurses and groups really saved me. Very helpful. I feel like going back soon!!
