Never rent a storage unit from this business. I moved and they actually REFUSED a payment. No business does that. They had the address and phone number of where I was from where I sent them a payment and they waited to 2 weeks to call me and let me know that my items were going up for auction that morning. I rushed down their to give them money so that would stop to find out the contact number they had mistyped in the system. horrible customer service/stole my belongings – I had the contents of an entire 3 bedroom home stored there for approximately 10 years. The first management team that worked there were nice and very organized and kind. The 2nd team there, Mannie and Dottie were unable to even do the bare minimum necessary to run the place. I had to call and write them 5 times before they were able to make a simple change of address for me. I am assuming they never entered my new phone number into the computer system the same way.
