Will never go back their got their at lunch time ordered off their lunch menu and 8 other people came in and ordered after I did and after an hour waiting no food yet but the 8 people that ordered after I did got their food hell 2 of them ate their food and left but still no food for me so I paid for my tea and left and will never go back their never again
Literally on the clock waited 30 minutes for the food to come out while it wasn't even that busy. When it finally came out me and my looked at eachother like we were crazy cause our food was hardly warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Hugo's and this town in general drags their feet when it comes to cooking, these folk would never survive a dinner rush in the city. On top of that the waiter was kinda rude fr.
I ordered a cornbeef on rye the cornbeef was greasy and tasted like overcooked ground beef. I don't know howthey managed that, but perhaps it was cooked in leftover hamburger grease and then overcooked, I couldn't eat it. On the bright side the French fries were delicious. My husband ordered the gyro and it was overcooked as well. We used to love eating here when it first opened.
