Went to have a new silver bracelet sized down. Looks like a completely different colored chain. The difference is night and day in person. Here's a new silver bracelet and new silver necklace from a different shop. After the resize it's no longer a white silver look. More like a silver/metal in color. I will no longer do business here. As the bracelet no longer looks like the new white/silver look and it seems to have been swapped out for another look alike. But hey, good karma/bad karma.
