RecommendedI recommend the car wash but not the haunted car wash. The radio station didn’t work and we only seen a few scary characters at the beginning. Don’t waste your time unless you just want a $20 car wash.
Been coming here for the past year or so and always bought the highest car cleaning package deal but no more. I would always come up to the guys starting the car wash to spray down my rubber matts which takes no more than a minute to do, and even would throw a little tip their way but the dude today told me they can’t do that anymore because of ‘corporate rules.’ Wtf kind of rules are those? Waste of time and $. You’ll wait 30 mins just to get through the gate everyday. Go to Greensboro . They do the same exact thing but they hustle and get people through with same level of service
I sent a message on Sunday and no one has seen it or replied yet. This particular car wash is always broken down. I went on Saturday and it was broken down so I went back on Sunday and it was open. I paid $15 for the premium, pulled in and the watch was not working but it took my money. Someone needs to contact me.
Left scratches on the hood and side of my car I just bought a week ago! Was advised that they would be doing an insurance claim but I’m not gonna hold my breath on that to happen. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PAINT ALL CHIPPED OFF.

I have been to this car wash a few times and even had a monthly package for another car. Today my rear windshield wiper was damaged and is no longer functional. The manager, Chuck, was less than accommodating, acting as if it was broken before hand. While I understand there is a process when things occur, his customer service skills were lackluster. I wasn’t offered an apology or a refund. I hope to be hearing from the General Manager, Manly, soon.
I love this place! It has changed my life. I’m a member of the unlimited car wash club, and this is the first time, in years, that I wash and vacuum my own car. I actually enjoy visiting Hugo’s. They have friendly staff who value customer service. The management is very knowledgeable and courteous. They are located in a great location.
